LS Blocklist & Guard

Terms of Service

These terms apply to merchants who install LS Blocklist & Guard from Liza Solutions. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

The app lets you block unwanted checkouts before payment using lists and rules you control (email, phone, name, country, domain, ZIP, address, order total, and AND rules). Blocking is a checkout validation error. We do not create an order and then cancel it.

You must turn checkout protection On in the app and activate this app’s rule under Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout → Checkout rules. Without both, matching shoppers can still pay.

Your lists

You are responsible for the values you add. Email, phone, name, and address on your lists can be shopper personal data. Use the lists only to stop unwanted checkout on your store. Do not upload data you are not allowed to use.

Billing

The app has a Free plan and a Growth plan at $8.99/mo (or $86.28/yr). Shopify is the merchant of record. We never collect card details in the app. Downgrading to Free keeps your existing entries blocking checkout. Free does not allow new entries above the Free limit.

Shopify access

The app uses the read_orders scope. We do not write orders or customers. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how Shopify privacy webhooks are handled.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. Checkout blocking also depends on Shopify Functions and on the Checkout rule being active. We are not liable for lost sales, chargebacks, or orders that complete if protection is off, the Checkout rule is inactive, or Shopify does not run the Function.
